How do I know whether the WCS Intensive is right for me?
You do not need to have your next step completely worked out. If you know your current work no longer reflects what you are capable of, but feel uncertain about what comes next or how to make the transition, the WCS Intensive will give you a supportive space to find clarity, recognise what your experience has prepared you for and begin moving forward with confidence.
What time commitment is required during the five-week intensive?
The intensive includes one two-hour live session each week. You should also allow some time between sessions for reflection and practical steps that develop your specialist direction and position.
Do I need to be an experienced facilitator or specialist to enrol?
No. You do not need extensive experience in either of these roles. WCS is designed for accomplished professionals whose existing knowledge, experience and natural abilities can become the foundation of their specialist work. The intensive helps you recognise these strengths, develop your own approach to facilitating change and begin positioning yourself confidently in your chosen arena.
What support is available after the intensive has finished?
Your investment includes one free month of the app and AI companion. You can then continue receiving support through the app, AI companion and mastermind meetings for an optional $97 per month.
